Dybbuk:
Spectral Metaweave allows you to target an adjacent character
Phantom Mod changed from a Cone to a Burst 1 and restricted to non-melee weapons
Removed the Limited tag from Spike mod but restricted it to 1 character at a time
Fixed the fluff text on the Sicarii Wielding Sickles appearing in the effect tab
Raziel:
Changed from "Striker/Controller" to "Artillery/Controller," Armor reduced by 1, Save Target reduced by 2, Sensors increased by 5, Heat Cap increased by 2. Programmable Matter Sheet no longer increases Sensor range, but allows you to ignore invisible after a Scan or Lock On
Jager Snare Suite's EMP Charges are changed to a smoke cloud that shuts down tech attacks
Methuselah-Class NHP changed to a Lock On as a protocol, ignoring Line of Sight.
Jamming Blast Flail replaced with Ishmael Targeting Visor, allowing you to Scan or Lock On as a reaction when an attack misses an enemy within sensors.
Solomon:
Fixed an issue with the Menelik Rocket Bracers having their reload in the "On Hit" category instead of "On Crit" for the Rocket Thrusters profile.
Core Bonuses:
Proximity Heat Protectors changed from 1/round to when all heat or burn is cleared
